For this blanket, i used approximately one skein each of caron simply soft yarn in pagoda and plum perfect, and about 1 and a half skeins of caron jumbo prints yarn in peacock. I also include how to change colours. Yet, it provides just the right amount of coverage for summer or any time of the year.
This blanket was made using a cotton yarn, which makes this light. The crochet pattern uses the double crochet stitch throughout and works up rather quickly. Ch 4, join with st st to form a ring.
Bulky weight yarn size i (5.5mm) crochet hook. You can also turn on cc when watching the video and you can read the pattern in the subtitles. It has a pretty design of soft coloured stars on a neutral background.the pattern is for a blanket sized 70 x 70 cm / 27.5 x 27.5 inches but there are instructions included on how to adjust the size for a larger blanket.
