I like to make them a little bit longer so they have more of a slouchy look with the pom pom, and the velvet yarn gives these hats a really nice drape. I used approximately 100 yards of each colour…less than 1/4 of each skein. Below are some of our favorite projects we’ve made with velvet yarn.
