I made this scarf from different comments and posts. Learn how to crochet a fashion scarf with ruffles using starbella yarn and a pompom scarf from flamenco yarn. All the patterns online for starbella yarn is for knit projects, but you actually can crochet with this yarn.
Using size 6 needles, co 4 stitches. This pattern is what i found from primier, but modified a bit because i don't like the ruffles quite so big. Knit back and forth until scarf reaches desired.
