These puppets depicting alien visitors from mars are great to handcraft. What inspired me to make this version was when i made a few of the big yip yip by carissa browning, it was my sister which asked me if i could make some mini ones for her after she saw the big ones, she wants to put them in her christmas tree using christmas colours, so i recalculated. The tentacles as well as the whole crochet yip yip can be made with yarn.
