I had envisioned taking it to one of our parks weeks ago and photographing it amongst the beautiful colours of the fallen autumn leaves. Web altogether there are 17 moonstone foursquares and 18 contrasting colour foursquares. It is bordered with a simple popcorn edge.
It is made from a simple set of 12 charlotte squares in 12 contrasting colors. The average square they make is 12 squares from charlotte. From the very first square, this blanket sparked my imagination.
These are then arranged in a chequerboard pattern and joined with our favourite join, before being bordered with a mix of the charlotte’s dream border and the lynda blanket border. Make one now with the free pattern provided by the link below. Not only is this pattern warm, comfortable, and cuddly, but is also soft as well, with its nice, lace fringe.
The yarn packs contain a printed version of the pattern (which will be made available on my website on the 28th of october). It is a continuous square blanket with a lot of floral/lace detail. It is 172 cm (68”) x 130 cm (51”) and the intricate, lacy squares are bordered with a contrastingly simple popcorn edging.
